THE COMPANY

Fonte da Bica is a family business initiated in 1937. It is based in Rio Maior, a resourceful area that provide us inspiration for new products and partnerships.

Since then, the company has grown, due to an effort to add innovation to tradition, combining in our motto - a product with flavor and traditional knowledge. Our focus is to maintain the quality our costumers are used to and take a new step into the future - finding new markets to present our olive oil.
In last years we add new machines and extend the storage - the production has been increased, become more effective and overall we gain more space in a growing market in Portugal.
Currently our installations are being extended once again, as we speak - more storage and a new store are in motion.

The growth of the business is noticeable and so the need of creating new channels of distribution and sales became more clear. The company found new markets outside of Rio Maior and with some cases of internationalization.
