The company based in Rio Maior, submits to grinding the olives from olive grooves of the the region - a service we provide, and acquiring olives in the regions of Mora, Ferreira do Alentejo e Aljustrel. The varieties we worked with are essentially Galega and also Cobrançosa e Picual.
The production is sazonal - it happens between November and February.
